Some Answers to the Most Asked Questions

How much tip should I be expected to leave for the crew?
Payment of gratuities is entirely at the discretion of the guest. We suggest US$15.00 per guest per day.

Should I bring liquor with me, or is it available on the boat?
Spirits are prohibitively expensive in Papua New Guinea. It is best to BRING YOUR OWN scotch, gin, vodka, rum, whatever you refer to drink, from Brisbane or Sydney. Any spirits purchased for the boat will be reimbursed.

How can I pay for items not included in my package?
Payment of bar beverages, gratuity, dive gear rental and boutique purchases can be in US dollars, Travelers Cheques or credit cards (American Express, Mastercard or Visa are accepted).

What type of diving can I expect?
Most diving is from FeBrina's spacious dive deck, with easy access via the water level dive platform. Some of the reefs are current washed, without current the spectacular marine life would not be there, however, the wide range of dive sites means that it is not necessary to dive at a site if currents are unmanageable at the time.

For photographers, you can usually expect wide angle opportunities in the morning and easy macro in the afternoon.

Do you offer Nitrox?
Nitrox is available at a cost of USD$10.00 per tank, OR USD$150 for a 7 day trip, USD$200 for a 10 day trip. Payment is direct to boat at the end of your trip.
